Viewing Trackrs

You can see the current status of all of the Trackrs that you have created on your dashboard which is available at https://offertrackr.com/app/dashboard. You will need to be logged into your account in order to see your items.

Active vs disabled items

The dashboard is divided into two sections, Active Trackrs and Inactive Trackrs. The active Trackrs are ones that buyers are able to interact with to get availability information and make offers on. The inactive Trackrs are ones that have either been sold or are no longer being sold. These items are no longer available for potential buyers to interact with.

Trackr details

Each Trackr appears in the dashboard as a card with relevant information about the item and offers that have been received. You can see how many offers have been made and whether or not any offers have been accepted.

You are also able to edit the Trackr (see Editing Trackr details) or disable/enable Trackrs (see Updating offer tracking).
